Our protective measures for
your security

From November 20, 2021, the 2G regulation will apply in the entire restaurant.

So decided the Hamburg Senate. Restaurant guests are then obliged to show a complete proof of vaccination or a proof of recovery as well as a valid photo ID.

The following measures also apply:

  • Contact tracking via the Luca app, Corona warning app, or registration form.
  • Door handles and handles, handrails and elevator buttons as well as card devices are regularly disinfected.
  • Dispensers with hand disinfectant are available throughout the house.
  • The ventilation system in the restaurant constantly supplies you with fresh air. This prevents the formation of infectious aerosols in the room air. It is not a circulating air system.
  • For your own safety, keep your distance from other people.

We ask you to refrain from visiting clouds in the event of symptoms of illness such as fever and cough.

Step by step

Step 1 -
Reserve your table

Please reserve a table before your visit at clouds - Heaven's Bar & Kitchen by phone: +49 (0) 40 30 99 32 80, by e-mail at: or via the "book now" button on the website.

Please note the current regulations for the maximum number of people, or households per table.

We also ask that you be sure to honor your reservation. Please let us know well in advance if you are unable to attend.

Step 2 -
Travel safely

If possible, travel by your own car. The public parking garage located under the Dancing Towers in Zirkusweg offers parking according to availability. Out of consideration for other guests and our staff, please enter the Dancing Towers and the clouds restaurant only with a mouth and nose protection on.

Take the stairs to the elevators and follow the instructions for elevator use. Once you arrive at the clouds (23rd floor), please check in first at the reception desk in the restaurant. Feel free to use the disinfectant dispensers provided and keep the minimum distance of 1.50m from other guests and the staff.
In order to be able to trace any chains of infection, we are required by law to collect some of your personal data, which may be passed on to the health authorities. Your data will be treated confidentially according to DSGVO and will be destroyed after four weeks.

Step 3 -
We guide you to your table

Wait at the reception until you are escorted to your seat by our host staff and take your wardrobe with you to your table. Free seating is unfortunately not possible at this time, we ask for your understanding.

Step 4 -
Service at the place

Your service staff will bring a QR code to your table, which you can scan with your smartphone. This gives you contactless access to the menu and wine list. If you wish, you can also receive a printed menu, which will be disposed of after a single use.Feel free to ask your service representative for current daily specials, recommendations, etc.
We recommend that you wash your hands thoroughly before eating. Barrier-free washrooms are available in the back of the bar. Please put on your mouth and nose protection when going to the washrooms.

Step 5 -
The order comes

Presenting, carving or preparing at the table, is unfortunately not possible at the moment. Items that are used by more than one person (salt and pepper shakers) may not be placed on the tables for hygienic reasons. If necessary, please ask your service staff.

Step 6 -
Bye and see you again

Of course you have the possibility of contactless payment with EC card, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Please refrain from payments with cash.When leaving the restaurant and the building, please wear your mouth and nose protection and ensure sufficient minimum distance to other guests and the service staff.
